Prescriptions and medical aid
Use the prescription submission service for prescription medicines. Submit the prescription and medical-aid card requested by that service. Pharmacy staff review submissions and communicate approval or rejection. Submitting documents is not a guarantee of medicine supply or scheme payment; medical-aid eligibility requires verification and scheme approval.
Self-medication product allowance
Self-medication is a separate request using a medical-aid card, reviewed by the pharmacy. An approved request has a product-shopping limit shown in your account. Eligible shopping through this flow is limited by the remaining allowance. Product totals reduce that allowance; delivery is separate. The shopping limit does not itself pay for the order and is not a discount or funded credit. Checkout still shows the amount payable and available payment methods.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Botswana pula (BWP, shown as P). Checkout displays products, delivery and the total before submission. Use the payment methods available at checkout: cash on delivery where enabled, or online payment only when available. Online payment has an additional cancellation-terms acknowledgment.

After pharmacy approval, we aim to process refunds within 2–3 business days. Receipt of funds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
